| With the continuous development of automobile industry,the continuous improvement of intelligent networking level and the innovation of interactive technology,HMI products have become one of the key points in the differentiation of intelligent networked vehicles.In the era of user experience economy,designing products that meet the needs of target users is a necessary way for companies to survive and develop.In the development process of HMI products of existing intelligent network cars,the test method of user satisfaction is not objective enough,and the demand mining for users is insufficient.Therefore,this paper studies from the following four aspects.According to human perception channels and perceivable stimulation types,the perceivable features of HMI products' human-machine interaction are described and classified.And according to the modified James-lange theory,the perceivable features-user emotion-satisfaction model of automobile HMI products was established.The key technologies of testing methods of human-machine interaction user experience for automotive HMI products are summarized.Taking the attribute of the target user of the product as the standard of recruiting the target user;Aiming at the use scenes of products,this paper puts forward the building technology of real scene and virtual scene respectively.And focuses on the collection methods of facial expression data and user satisfaction data.The human-machine interaction user experience test of automobile HMI products in a static state is carried out,and the data of user facial expression and user satisfaction are obtained.A human-machine interaction satisfaction evaluation model of HMI products based on facial expression recognition is established by BP neural network algorithm.After further verification and testing,this model has achieved the goal of effectively predicting the satisfaction of specific target users with specific HMI product functions within a certain error range.This paper puts forward the design method of pleasant guidance for HMI products of automobiles,and expounds the concrete contents and processes of this method.From the perspective of information perception,the perceivable features of HMI products in automobiles are defined in three dimensions: form,function and interaction.Taking the music task of a car HMI product as an example,this paper expounds in detail the three steps of problem feature searching,pleasure feature extraction and feature replacement of pleasure guide design method.The test results of the product prototype before and after the improvement show that the pleasure guidance method significantly reduces the negative emotions of users in the process of using products,improves the user satisfaction,and verifies the effectiveness of this method. |
