Multi-objective decision-making technology is hot in the field of decision-making researching. It as a tool has a very important practical significance in solving engineering, economic management, military and systems engineering and other issues. In the multi-objective decision-making process there are a variety of programs. Through comparing or sorting a number of options according to criteria, the most satisfied decision-making program is chosen. The multi-objective decision theory and its application in multi-plane dispatching application can be studied here. Use the goal satisfaction algorithm to combine personal preference and task scheduling. And then the multi-plane dispatching process is simulated and analyzed.A systematic analysis of the multi-objective decision-making model is made, and several multi-objective decision-making algorithms are compared, and then the appropriate algorithm, goal satisfaction algorithm, is chosen, which provides a theoretical basis for the following aircraft dispatching system.Secondly, the aircraft transporting system is deeply analyzed and the customer satisfaction model is come up with to solve the multi-plane mobility issues based on the introduction of indicators. In this way, the system's dynamic, multi-objective optimization, overall optimality is achieved, using the reward and punishment system, and integrated evaluation criteria. Finally, based on the analysis of multi-plane dispatching system, aided design software of multi-process task management system is designed. There is the function of open flow of input and editing in the system. And different aircraft dispatching process under the original station is quickly designed. There are many functions in the system, such as: automatic calculation of process time, timing diagrams automatically generated and two-dimensional visualization of complex functions as the current deduction. Then a variety of different modes of flow simulation is designed. And the principles of the optimization dispatch process of multi-plane, as well as the principles of the optimization dispatch process under in case of emergency dispatch program is obtained, which provides a certain amount of design principles for multi-machine automatic deduction dispatched. It has a certain practical value.
