Research On The Spatial Heterogeneity Of Service Outsourcing Industry In China

The development of service outsourcing industry has become a new form of global industrial organization.Although our country's service outsourcing industry started late,it has good prospects for development.At present,the overall development of service outsourcing industry is optimistic,and various regions develop the service outsourcing industry actively that different regions has its spatial heterogeneity.This paper starts from spatial heterogeneity of the service outsourcing industry to analyze the overall situation and spatial distribution of service outsourcing industry,and then uses data for the empirical analysis to understand the specific performance of the spatial heterogeneity of the service outsourcing industry,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions on this basis.This paper analyzes the overall situation and spatial distribution of service outsourcing industry in China.The analysis reveals that the development of service outsourcing industry is good and from the point of view of geographical position,it mainly located in the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Bohai Bay and Midwestern regions,and from the view of spatial framework,the "first-line cities accept orders,two,three line cities deliver orders” pattern of industrial structure has been formed.The paper studies the spatial heterogeneity of service outsourcing industry in China.China is divided into four regions: Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Bohai Bay and Midwestern.The evaluation system includes the comprehensive competitiveness of service outsourcing industry,business environment,economic environment,the level of education,the role of government and economic openness.The empirical results show that the capacity of service outsourcing industry in the four major regions in China is quite different,Yangtze Delta has the strongest ability of service outsourcing industry,followed by the Bohai Bay,and then to the Pearl River Delta,and finally to Midwestern regions.From 2008 to 2015,Yangtze Delta has stronger competitiveness of service outsourcing industry,higher degree of economic openness,good business environment and plays a strong role of government,but it has a weak economic environment and the education level is not high.Pearl River Delta has stronger competitiveness of service outsourcing industry,a good economic and education environment which is conducive to the development of service outsourcing industry.Bohai Bay has a good economic and education environment,higher level of economic openness.However the government don't pay attention to the development of service outsourcing industry and the business environment needs to be improved.The Midwestern has a higher level of education,a good education environment,and the government plays a strong role in the development of service outsourcing industry.Since 2010,economic openness has increased continuously,but the comprehensive ability of service outsourcing industry is weak and the development of business and economic environment is unsatisfactory.The empirical results also show that the capacity of service outsourcing industry between different cities in the same region is different.In order to promote the development of service outsourcing industry,it is suggested to promote service outsourcing industry to upgrade with transition.
