Research On Comprehensive Financial Analysis And Enterprise Value Evaluation Of Sinnet

Along with the implementation of national strategies such as ''Chinese manufacturing until 2025 year'',''The Belt and The Road'' and ''Internet Plus' ',the big data industry has gradually become an important force in guiding technological innovation and promoting social transformation and development.It is also the core competitiveness of our country to construct network power and manufacturing power.The country's strong support for the development of the big data industry has led to structural adjustment,business transformation and upgrading among enterprises.At the same time,they need to strengthen strategic cooperation in order to achieve complementary advantages.So they carry on specializing in the division of labor and extending the industrial chain by the way of comprehensive financial analysis and value evaluation in order to achieve continuously implements of the industry integration and promote the scale of economy.This paper combines financial analysis under Harvard's analytical framework with corporate valuation under EVA model.On the one hand,it studies the enterprise's comprehensive financial analysis and value evaluation from a non-financial perspective,which makes up for the insufficiency of the previous single financial analysis.On the other hand,it is conducive to the development of big data companies in the direction of light assets.The transformation and upgrading will also benefit the sustainable development of the entire big data industry.This paper selects the Internet comprehensive service provider—Sinnet as a case study.The Harvard analysis framework is used to analyze the financial situation and the business results of Sinnet in details from four aspects which are strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis,prospect analysis.First,PEST analysis method,Porter's five force model and SWOT analysis method are used to conduct a detailed strategic analysis of the macro-environment of the big data industry,the industrial environment of Sinnet and its competitiveness.Second,according to the basic process which is the identification-analysisassessment,the key accounting items is analyzed to obtain the quality of the Sinnet's accounting information.Third,financial performance of Sinnet is studied through the analysis of the trend of the financial statements,the ratio analysis of the financial indicators,and Du Pont's comprehensive financial analysis.Fourth,the prospects of the big data industry and the prospects for the future development of Sinnet are concluded in prospect analysis.It also predicts possible risks.Finally,EVA model is used to make a reasonable assessment and forecast of Sinnet's corporate value combined with the analysis results of the four respects before.Then,related suggestions are made for the future development of Sinnet in this paper.
