| With the advancement of high-efficiency agriculture, the pepper industry in China has developed rapidly, the cultivation area has been continuously expanded, and the planting technology has been continuously improved. At present,China's pepper planting area is second only to cabbage, ranking second in vegetable crops, and its output value and benefit is higher than that of cabbage, ranking first among vegetable crops.Pepper is of great significance to raising the income level of farmers, promoting the prosperity of the industry and realizing the revitalization of the countryside. On the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature, this paper finds that the development of China's pepper industry still has high production costs, unbalanced input of production factors, large labor costs, and differences in the cost-benefit gap between different cultivation modes and different organizational models.problem.The implementation of the "Rural Revitalization" national strategy has brought both opportunities and challenges to China's pepper industry development. How to take advantage of weaknesses and enhance the international competitiveness of China's pepper industry development, one of the key issues is to solve the issue of production costs and benefits of pepper.Achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase. This article uses descriptive statistical methods to collect relevant data of pepper production, and analyzes the production, scale and production area distribution of capsicum in the world and in China.Using the market concentration rate index CRn,the production concentration of the major pepper producing countries in the world was estimated and the status of China's pepper production in the world was assessed.According to the indicators of pepper production in various provinces in China, five major pepper producing provinces such as Guizhou and Hunan were selected as research objects.Using the survey data of the Industrial Economics Research Institute of the National Characteristic Vegetable Industry System in 2017,the cost-benefits of pepper production in major pepper growing regions and their provinces were analyzed, and the production cost benefits of different cultivation patterns and different organizational models of peppers in the main producing areas were calculated and compared. And compared with other major crop varieties.A multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the production costs and benefits of pepper in China, and the effects of various influencing factors on the cost-benefit of pepper production were calculated.Through the analysis of the production status of pepper in China and the production cost of pepper in the main producing areas, the following conclusions have been drawn: Labor costs are still an important part of the production cost of pepper;the input of fertilizer is a relatively large proportion of production costs, and the input of fertilizers and farmyard fertilizers The proportion of the crops is seriously out of balance;the cultivation of peppers in facilities can be "highly-input and high-output" and can effectively increase the income of farmers;cultivation of peppers by crop rotation can effectively reduce the production cost;the selling price of peppers is the most important factor affecting the income of farmers growing peppers; The production of pepper peppers can guarantee the profitability of peppers compared to small farmers. The innovation of this paper is to compare and analyze the production costs and benefits of pepper under different cultivation modes and different organizational models in the main pepper growing regions of China, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, which have important reference value for the development of China's pepper industry.A multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of production costs and production returns in the main pepper production regions of China. It was found that factors such as mechanical operating costs and labor costs had a significant impact on production costs;organizational models, cultivation patterns, and other factors contributed to production gains.Has a significant effect. |
