As we all know, October 29, 2015 Opening of the "two child" policy in recent years and with the advent of the wave of the baby, maternal and child market has become a new business opportunity,China’s annual new-born population of as many as 16 million, which makes large areas of the market and of pregnant baby. In the past year, China maternal and child industry market size is reached the 2 trillion. In the rapidly growing market mother, maternal and child industry + Internet has become mandatory and will fight the way many businesses. Based on China’s most valued family than children’s health and growth, so most Chinese families are father to earn money, one among the most qualified and the most likely to spend money baby’s mother, so maternal Internet unlimited potential. the mother and child from the user community was transformed into the electricity business is the key. we all know the classic Pareto’s law(also called twenty-eight law), that is, 20% of people create 80%of value. Therefore leveraging user activity to find a point of distinction and success of the user is high or low active users active users, for the next of the user from the community to guide the electricity business will be more useful and meaningful.This article is combined with multivariate statistical multiple linear regression variable selection and data mining algorithms Naive Bayes algorithm, the user community to find activity pry points and classify users, as well as improve the accuracy of the classification and effectiveness. Guidance and support to do so under the direction of the Internet industry for the Internet, online and offline operations.Those aspects can be found online to better stimulate the user, making it a high active users, on-line real-time to determine whether new users are active users a high,accurate classification of maternal and child Internet users in order to better create business value.
