| International trade is regarded as the engine of economic growth.And together with investment and consumption,it is known as the three important factors driving economic development.For the Banks,comparing of the traditional loans,under the circumstance of capital constraints and the reform of the financial market,the international trade financing business have the advantages of taking up less capital,more flexible,higher yield.It has been favored by domestic and foreign Banks and companies.This paper introduces both the development and characteristics of international trade financing,and development and basic theory of risk management.Then,taking X bank xi 'an branch as an example,the author analysis the present situation of the risk management of international trade financing business.X bank xi 'an branch namely has its significant product advantages,and the problem needs to solve urgently at the same time.With the continuous expansion of the total import and export trade of Shaanxi province,the amount of international trade financing business of X bank xi 'an branch has been declining.That means the business development has been weak,and the risk management is more difficult.In addition,in terms of risk management,X bank xi 'an branch draws on the modern science comprehensive risk management theory and basic method,and tries to take appropriate measures to prevent credit risk and other types of risks.But it always lack of a sound system of risk management.Risk management thinking lags behind.The method of risk management is too single.It's supervision and internal control system does not reach the designated position.The current regulatory capacity can't meet the practical needs of risk management.Based on the above issues,the author states specific measures to improve the trade financing business risk management of X bank xi 'an branch.It includes five aspects,the risk management system,internal control and supervision:system,the market risk prevention,the improvement of personnel quality,and international freight and country risks. |
