Research On The Path Of Xinjiang's Open And Accurate Poverty Alleviation Satisfaction Under The Participation Of Multiple Subjects

In November 3,2013,general secretary Xi Jinping first put forward "precision poverty alleviation" in the eighteen cave village of Xiangxi,Hunan,and made the important instructions of "seeking truth from facts,according to local conditions,classification guidance,accurate poverty alleviation".In June 2015,at the meeting of the Party committee of some provincial and municipal Party committees held in Guizhou,general secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the development of poverty alleviation was the common responsibility of the whole party.It was necessary to mobilize all walks of life to participate in poverty alleviation and development,mobilize and agglomerate the wide participation of the whole society.At this point,China's poverty alleviation and development undertakings have entered a new historical period,and put forward the idea of building a "Trinity" of the government,the market and the social "Trinity".The way of poverty alleviation has changed from the concept of simple relief to poverty alleviation and open poverty alleviation,and the significance of open poverty alleviation is becoming more and more prominent.Since entering the new stage,the Party committee and the people's Government of the autonomous region attach great importance to poverty alleviation and development in Xinjiang,and actively mobilize all sectors of society to participate in poverty alleviation and development.The work of poverty alleviation in the autonomous region is to adhere to the combination of poverty alleviation and development and the innovation of the development model,promote the open mind of the precision poverty alleviation work,open the mode of action and open the mechanism of participation,make the opening to the outside world integrate with the accurate poverty alleviation,and the open type of precision poverty alleviation has become an important reason for the poverty alleviation and development work.In this paper,the Uygur students,distributed in various poor areas of Xinjiang,use the time of summer vacation to collect data from family questionnaire and use SPSS to make statistical description analysis,and build the satisfaction effect model of poor households to the government,the market and the social poverty alleviation path according to the satisfaction theory.Then,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out,and debug and modification were carried out.The results show that the satisfaction effect of the government's poverty alleviation main body is the most,and the poverty alleviation attitude plays a vital role in the poverty alleviation.The satisfaction effect of the main body of the poverty alleviation is greater than the satisfaction effect of the market subject.Based on the concept of accurate poverty alleviation,this paper adds the idea of open poverty alleviation.Based on the perspective of multi subject participation,this paper carries out the satisfaction design of poverty alleviation,"visiting benefits" and "relatives" in Xinjiang,and combining the structural equation model with the structural equation model to apply the customer satisfaction survey and evaluation method to the multiple owners.The body participates in the field of accurate poverty alleviation in Xinjiang,and evaluates the effect of poverty alleviation of different subjects from the angle of the poor,which is not only an attempt to study the satisfaction of the poor households,but also provides a new perspective for the open precision poverty alleviation research,and also enriches the content of the precision poverty alleviation research.The conclusions of this paper are:(1)Multiple entities participate in the initial formation of an open and accurate poverty alleviation pattern in Xinjiang;(2)Poverty eradication attitudes have an important impact on poverty alleviation progress for multiple participants;(3)Poverty alleviation bodies' multiple participation and mutual coordination institutional mechanisms are not coordinating;(4)“FangHuiJu” and “National solidarity and family ties” have achieved remarkable results and outstanding problems.In response to the problems reflected in the model and investigations,the concept of poverty alleviation,the strengthening of poverty-stricken households with “Will and Intelligence double assistance” education,the combination of open and accurate poverty alleviation and endogenous modes,and the establishment of a communication platform to innovate multiple entities to participate in the open and accurate poverty alleviation mechanism,etc.It provided rationalized reference suggestions for the participation of multiple entities in Xinjiang in the open and accurate poverty alleviation.At the end of the article,the paper looks ahead to the relative poverty in China after 2020.
