| Nowadays,the bakery industry in emerging industries is booming in China,and related industries have been affected by the growth rate,which has become a strong driving trend in China's bakery industry.In the new retail concepts such as retail,wisdom is raised,brand value,improve service quality,consumption environment,home baking industry will produce the personalized consumption experience and diversified scenario as the goal,to create baking is a shift in the new era of retail retail enhance core thinking model of development.Experience economy,more significant effect on each other with new retail enterprises on behalf of the increasingly attention to provide services for the guidelines,based on product link link,for consumers to create memories can feel comfortable consumption activities.Consumers' consumption concept is affected by the economic and living standards,and more attention to the service core.But home roasting experience industry scale expands unceasingly,also increasingly fierce competition between enterprises,improve the service mode,improve customer satisfaction to increase home baking experience marketing competition power is necessary.Based on this,the study and elucidation of consumer satisfaction have profound significance and value.In light of the service quality and customer satisfaction has a strong affinity,SERVQUAL model,using the theory of service quality evaluation based on the characteristics of services,the baking industry to build a home baking experience marketing customer satisfaction evaluation index system,including seven dimensions,tangibility,responsiveness,reliability,care,guarantee,professional and informative.Using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the rationality of constructing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of customer satisfaction,take the example of Japan's ABC bakery empirical analysis exposition,on the basis of questionnaire survey,calculate the ABC experience the customer satisfaction index,and the development assessment result puts forward Suggestions.In general,this paper builds home baking experience marketing customer satisfaction evaluation index system and evaluation method,can be used as a management tool,experience of customer satisfaction helps enterprise clear customer demand and service quality improvement of the specific direction,improve the enterprise marketing core competitiveness. |
