After the reform and opening,the economy of China developed at a stable speed,the income of the common people increased constantly.On Jan 19,2016,National Bureau of Statistic released the economy data of 2015.The annual per capita disposable income of urban households was 31195 yuan in 2015,a real increase of 6.6%.The annual per capita disposable income of rural residents was 11422 in 2015,a real increase of 7.5%.At the same time,the demand for financial services is becoming more and more urgent.The article described the reality of the personal financial planning industry in China.Combing with the market environment and actual situation of personal financial planning business in Bank of Communications Baoding Branch,analyze deeply the present situation in personal financial planning business of Baoding Branch.This article combines the relevant theories with the actual situation,and uses the marketing 4Ps to analyze the Bank of Communications Baoding Branch from the aspects of products,pricing,channels and promotion.It puts forward the marketing strategy for the development of the personal financial business of Bank of Communications Baoding Branch,which can provide theoretical guidance for the development of the personal financial business of the Bank of Communications in Baoding Branch.
