The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Infrastructure Construction

Infrastructure is an important basis for the economic development of a country,which affects the level and speed of economic,social and cultural development in the region.The status of infrastructure determines that infrastructure construction must be placed in an important position in both urban and rural construction,and the construction of infrastructure needs to be ahead or ahead of the economic construction..Because of the low level of economic development in rural areas,the construction of various infrastructure is lagging behind the urban areas,which has become an obstacle to the development of rural economy.Therefore,China's "three rural" documents have attached great importance to the construction of rural infrastructure.The main problems of rural infrastructure in China are that the construction of agricultural production infrastructure can not meet the needs of the development of modern agriculture,rural living infrastructure can not meet the needs of the farmers for a better life,and the rural environmental infrastructure can not meet the needs of the "beautiful countryside".Compared with the government finance and the participation of social capital in the construction of rural infrastructure in foreign countries,the investment and financing of rural infrastructure in China is insufficient,the efficiency of capital utilization is low,the investment structure is unbalance,and there are also many problems in the maintenance of rural infrastructure.On the basis of the theory of rural infrastructure construction and the supply mechanism,this paper studies the achievements of rural infrastructure construction in Qingyuan district through questionnaire survey and field observation.At the same time,it also finds out the existing problems of rural infrastructure construction in Qingyuan district and points out the causes of the problems.In reference to the experience of Germany,the United States and the Republic of Korea,we have learned from the experiences of high Hong Kong,Jingchuan and Fengyang counties,and put forward the experience of combining with the Qingyuan district."The integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei" and the establishment of the Xiong an newarea provide a good opportunity for the development of the Qingyuan district.The problem of handling the rural areas has a very important role in the development of Qingyuan district.There are still some problems in the rural areas of Qingyuan,which are far from the level of development and the level of public services in urban areas.According to the actual situation of the Qingyuan District,the article puts forward some suggestions on the overall planning of urban and rural development,the improvement of the infrastructure construction of agricultural production,the improvement of farmers' living infrastructure and the emphasis on the infrastructure of rural environment.
