The Research On The Influence Of Internet Finance Development On The Innovation Ability Of Chinese Commercial Banks

With the continuous innovation in business form and continuous growth in transaction scale in 2013,the Internet finance has exploded in China,Internet banking business gradually penetrated into all aspects of the traditional financial field,Banks' customer base,source of funds and profits are constantly being shunted,which poses a great challenge to the traditional management mode of commercial Banks.How to improve the innovation ability of commercial Banks to promote the business innovation and the transformation of business model and use the Internet.How to resist the impact of Internet finance and the decline of profit margins caused by interest rate liberalization have become a problem that commercial Banks need to solve urgently.This paper starts from the development of Internet finance and analyzes the influence of Internet finance on intermediate business income,the capital and liability.Then,it studies its influence path and performance on the innovation ability of commercial Banks.Finally,the paper examines the effect of Internet finance on the innovation ability of commercial banks.Results show that the development of the Internet financial and commercial Banks innovation ability was significantly positive correlation which means the development of Internet finance has promoted the improvement of bank innovation ability to some extent.And,compared with nonstate bank,the development of the Internet financial innovation ability of state-owned Banks is more significant,the impact of that at present the non-state bank in the face of the Internet financial challenges and opportunities,its innovation ability is relatively weak.This article gives the feasible suggestions from view of the commercial bank under the background of the development of the Internet financial innovation ability: the progress and reform of the financial industry in our country can be improved by reducing financial transaction costs,optimizing the allocation of financial resources,and having a good coordination with the Internet financial development.
