China has witnessed the reform and opening policy for forty years,and the economic restructuring from planned economy to marked economy,which has provided Chinese banks with an unprecedented opportunity for market.Founded in 1966,Minsheng Bank has ranked among the large stock holding banks with efforts for nearly twenty years by unconventional development,because of rapid development and huge profit from economic policy in China.While at present,banking industry is faced with a reshuffle,due to the reform of marketable interest rate and the enormous changes of external marketing environment.Taking corporate banking as a strength,yet it suffers a huge challenge when facing the three period superimposed,so the brand effect becomes weaker.At the beginning of Qinhuangdao Branch established,it achieved rapidly development and the rate of profit contribution was over seventy percent.But effected by external business environment and lacking of effective coping mechanism,the company‘s market competitiveness became weaker,even the public assets and liabilties touched the bottom.So the bank was supposed to improve the ability of marketing badly.The thesis firstly introduce the background and meaning of marketing of marketing at corporation banking,then analyze the opportunities and changes of interest marketization.And find out the character by SWOT.Thus the paper proposed the market positioning.Finally it concretely suggested the design of customer's marketing campaigns strategies from product,price,place,sales promotion,human resource,Physical Evidence and service with supporting measures.
