A Research On The Personal Business Performance Evaluation Of China Industrial Bank Nanchang Branch Based On The Value Chain Theory

With the continuous development of globalization and information technology,the modern financial industry has realized the global development of capital flows,financial institutions and financial markets,thus greatly affecting the whole world's financial environment.In this context,China's financial services industry has been rapid development,especially commercial banks gradually improve the business system,expand the business series,deepen the transformation and upgrading of financial services.Personal business as an important means to expand the market of commercial banks,has been a lot of commercial banks attention,how to enhance the competitiveness of individual business to meet the challenges and maintain healthy development,has become an important domestic commercial banks face problems.In this paper,the value chain theory is applied to the commercial business performance evaluation method of commercial banks,and the performance evaluation method of the personal financial business line of Nanchang Branch of Industrial Bank is analyzed and the optimization of personal business performance evaluation method is carried out on behalf of joint-stock commercial banks.Firstly,combining with the current situation of domestic and foreign research and the actual situation of performance evaluation of domestic commercial banks,the main problems of performance evaluation of commercial banks are analyzed: the performance evaluation method is not well matched with the overall strategic objectives of commercial banks;the performance evaluation index design is imperfect and can't reflect and guide the future Performance;performance evaluation methods are lacking,ignoring employee participation;performance evaluation methods ignore the staff growth and long-term development.And as a result of this has been based on the value chain of commercial banks personal business process analysis,analysis of key evaluation indicators.Second,relying on the value theory to establish the basic value of commercial banks in the basic business activities: fund raising,capital operation,risk control,financial marketing and financial services,and ancillary value activities: procurement,financial research and innovation,organizational structure,human resources management and foundation facilities and information construction.And then,based on the value chain activity process,analysis the key evaluation indicators,and establish a six-dimensional performance evaluation index system.Finally,considering the qualitative situation of individual business performance evaluation index of commercial banks,the method of determining the index weight of AHP is established,and the weight of the four-dimensional index is calculated by expert scoring,and the Nanchang branch of Industrial Bank is taken as an example.In addition,this paper puts forward the suggestions of the joint-stock commercial banks in the aspects of management and management,so as to optimize the key value by improving the performance evaluation method and the corresponding incentive mechanism to enhance the synergistic effect of the joint-stock commercial banks to operate their own value and expand the value of other business value Node,increase the value of commercial banks,so that business development,performance evaluation and the overall development of the company,from the overall increase in the efficiency of commercial banks to establish the core competitiveness of commercial banks.
