| Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the society has continued to progress.With the gradual acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the flow of rural labor to the city has been accelerated.However,in the process of urbanization in China,the existence of asymmetric old-age insurance system under the dual division of urban and rural areas in China makes it difficult for urban and rural old-age insurance to connect smoothly,which is not conducive to the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly in rural areas,and makes the relationship between urban and rural old-age insurance difficult to coordinate development.The author studies the connection of old-age insurance,which is conducive to the coordinated development of the current society,guides the reasonable flow of the working population,promotes the development of the social old-age insurance system in urban and rural areas in the process of urbanization,and further protects the social old-age insurance rights and interests of the floating population.In this paper,the author makes a more comprehensive study on the relationship between urban and rural pension insurance,and there are many difficulties in the Advancement of this system.For example,the outstanding problems of imperfect institutional structure,low level of overall planning,differentiation of household registration systems and "lagging behind" laws in practice are rooted in the low level of security,the unreasonable provisions of relevant systems,the serious geographical differences,and the weak sustainability of social security funds.Therefore,the problems and disadvantages of the relationship between urban and rural pension insurance in China should be solved by coordinating the payment standards of urban and rural pension insurance,reforming the urban and rural household registration management system,and implementing an integrated model of supervision and management of urban and rural pension funds.In order to further promote the integration and integration of urban and rural pension insurance relations. |
