Study On Small And Micro Credit Risk Management Of Rural Commercial Banks From The Perspective Of Enterprise Life Cycle

In recent years,the rural commercial bank bad balance of small business loans,bad proportion rise faster,and then exposed many loopholes,in small and mediumsized enterprise credit risk management of problems and deficiencies,rural commercial bank credit risk management still exist many problems.In this paper,considering the large credit risk may be due to the bank does not know the cause of enterprise life cycle,by studying the correlation,credit risk and life cycle analysis concluded that hope bank credit location and reasonable,which have the effect of risk aversion.This article obtains from the bank's internal and external environment,to understand the micro credit management present situation,the small micro credit from Banks and credit management system specialist or enterprise itself there are some problems,and analysis of the cause of the current situation,found that want to solve the problem of credit life cycle factors must be solved;Then to the enterprise life cycle and do empirical analysis on the correlation of credit risk,and the results showed that in different stages of the enterprise credit risk has significant difference,compared with the mature period,in the growth and decline of enterprise with high credit risk;From the current reasons and the empirical analysis,it is realized that there are problems in the risk of small and micro credit,that Banks have insufficient understanding of the enterprise life cycle,and that credit specialists have low degree of specialization in the life cycle.Finally,found above problems put forward reasonable Suggestions,enterprises should be considered when making credit mechanism to the impact of enterprise life cycle,enterprises should correctly divided by stages,and be familiar with credit strategy at all stages of enterprise life cycle.
