The annual passenger volume of the taxi has reached nearly thirty percent of the total urban passenger transport,which occupies an important position in the urban passenger transport system and meets the travel needs of the urban residents.However,a large number of problems arise in the development of the industry,which has accumulated difficult contradictions and hindered the healthy development of the industry,cannot satisfy the growing diversity of the public transportation.At the same time,the frequent problems such as repeatedly prohibited unqualified taxis,inconvenience for passengers to have access to take taxis and illegal driving operations arise.The fundamental reason for these problems is the difficulty in coordinating the conflict of interests among the stakeholders in the taxi market.Yet under the established control situation,the core problem of the contradiction between the main interests concentrates on the difficulties in resolving the imbalance of the supply and demand of the taxi market,namely a serious decision to the quantity of the urban taxi delivery.Resolving the problem mainly relies on government regulations,but only by calling on the administration of the government is impossible to solve the contradictions and problems between the various stakeholders under the existing regulatory measures,and can't get a satisfactory solution to all parties.Therefore,through the analysis of the interest relationship in the main body from the taxi industry,can the equilibrium become constructed,the equilibrium from the view of the game solved,the ideal quantity range of the taxi industry calculated.At the same time,considering that the taxi market regulation is not a short-term behavior,the variable set should include a short-term and a long-term quantity.Taking Xi'an as an example,by means of calculating the quantity of the taxi delivery and validating the model,it comes to a conclusion that the number of taxis increased is not more than 1968 in the short-term,the contradiction of mutual interests is minimal;the number of increased taxis is 1262 in the long-term,the two sides can reach a long-term game equilibrium.It provides a method to determine the quantity of urban taxi with a deeper and reasonable basis.Discussing the quantity of urban taxis from the perspective of game has a positive effect on solving the quantity of urban taxis' not adapting to the demand of the market,and contributes to calculating the quantity of the city taxi more scientifically and alleviating the contradiction between the main stakeholders of the taxi industry.
