The Research Of Intellectual Property Risk Management In Crowdsourcing Research And Development

The widespread use of internet technology has enabled technology,knowledge capital and other key innovation elements to become more active than ever before,and has changed the states that technology research and development depends entirely on internal organizations.Therefore,scientific research and dissemination also develop to a new stage of public participation.Crowdsourcing research and development is born in this context,and it has attracted more and more attention through the East-Wind of"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation".It can gather innovative resources,achieve cross-border innovation,coordination of multi subjects and value sharing,so that R&D activities become more efficient and convenient.it makes the research and development activities become more efficient^[2].As a high knowledge intensive innovation activity,it is no doubt that the intellectual property rights risks exist in crowdsourcing research and development,and it will seriously hinder the development of R&D projects,with the risk is out of control.Therefore,it is particularly important to effectively manage the risk of intellectual property in the crowdsourcing research and development.On the basis of analysing and combing the theory of crowdsourcing research and development,intellectual property,risk management and extension evaluating,and relevant research results at home and abroad,the intellectual property risks in crowdsourcing research and development had been identified and analyzed.Then the risk assessment was evaluated by the use of the method of extension evaluating.Finally,the risk prevention measures were put forward from two aspects of the participants and the external environment.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of the paper,he related research results at home and abroad,the main contents of the research,the research methods,the research characteristics and innovations are introduced.Secondly,the connotation,characteristics and operation process of crowdsourcing research and development was analyzed,and the flow process and risk classification of intellectual property rights in crowdsourcing research and development was explained.And then,the related concepts of the method of extension evaluating were introduced.Thirdly,based on the flow process and risk classification of intellectual property in crowdsourcing research and development,the types of intellectual property risks,the forms of each type and the inducing factors of each form of expression in the three stages,were identified and analyzed systematically.According to the five sources of risk of the contractor,the crowdsourcing platform,the receiving party,the knowledge characteristics and the external environment,the risk factors of intellectual property rights were summarized.Fourth,under the guidance of the theory of extension,the extension evaluation model of intellectual property risk in crowdsourcing research was established,at the same time,the evaluation index system was built and optimized.Then the risk of intellectual property in A was evaluated,using the method of extension evaluation,and the corresponded evaluation conclusions were obtained.Finally,the risk prevention measures were put forward from two aspects of the participants and external environment.The research results of this paper have important theoretical value and practical significance in enriching the research of crowdsourcing research and development and the risk management of intellectual property on it,and guiding the current crowdsourcing research and development practices in the project of intellectual property rights risk management.
