Research On International Settlement Of Commercial Banks From Customer Satisfaction

With the development of market economy and the deepening of international exchanges,trade between countries is becoming more frequent.In order to meet the development needs of the new era,commercial banks are necessary to provide more convenient and fast international settlement business for the development of economic and trade.This paper summarizes the concept of international settlement business and the theory of customer satisfaction.Meanwhile,it also analyzes the current situation,trends and customer satisfaction problems of international settlement business of commercial banks in China.Taking the international settlement business of SPD Bank as an example,evaluates the customer satisfaction for bank's international settlement business.For the bank,its response factor has much greater impact on the overall factors than the tangible factors.In the response factor,the availability of the international settlement business and the completion of the international settlement business are the main factors affecting the the customer satisfaction of the bank.In the tangible degree,the risk management power has a great influence on the SPD bank's international settlement business.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,suggestions are put forward to rasie the customers satisfaction for the international settlement business of commercial banks in our country as follows: Deepen the "customer-centric" business philosophy;Decrsase the error rate of documents process in international settlement;Provide differentiated products to meet different customer needs;Improve human resources management;Improve customer feedback mechanism.
