The rapid development of Internet technology has provided a broad platform for the public to realize their interests and interests,thus bringing new opportunities for the development of enterprises.The resulting competition crowdsourcing model,this model is fully dig and exert the power of the netizens,and fully meet the demand of the enterprise innovation,and effectively integrate use of idle intellectual resources and tacit knowledge in the society,creating new productivity and competitiveness,and provides a new business model for enterprise development.Since type competition the crowdsourcing model to produce,the related research of scholars at home and abroad is increasing,but the empirical analysis is less,especially from employers study design characteristics and tasks of the key elements of influence on the performance of the employer,and introduced the solver effort degree and the solver ability as intermediary variable research less.Based on the theory of credit,such as job design theory as the theoretical basis,key research crowdsourcing contest employer characteristics,tasks,key elements designed to impact on the performance of the employer,at the same time,research the solver effort degree and the solver ability of employer characteristics and key elements of design task performance relationship with their employers intermediary role.The related conceptual model is constructed and the corresponding empirical analysis is carried out.The research results show that the characteristics of employers credibility performance affects the employer,the employer take the initiative to invite the solver to participate in the competition and the interaction between the employer and the solver can also affects the performance of employers.However,in the design of task key elements,the impact of task description on the performance of the employer needs to be further considered,and the task incentive measures can positively affect the employer's performance.Employers characteristic key elements and task design can attract the solver to participate in the competition of task,the ability of the solver and participate in the degree of efforts can help employers achieve satisfactory solution scheme,thus improve the performance of the employers.Therefore,the degree of effort can mediate the relationship between employer characteristics,key factor design and employer performance.The ability of the respondent can mediate the relationship between employer characteristics and employer performance.Research conclusion of this paper to participate in the competition's crowdsourcing model of employers to provide practical guidance,guide them to better design contest task,to attract more excellent solver and a satisfactory solution.Finally in this paper,the employer shall improve their credibility,reputation and social influence,take the initiative to invite to participate in the contest task of excellent solver and strengthen the interaction with the solver to fully express their expectations of solution scheme,in the task description for tasks in the most appropriate words,formulate reasonable diversified incentives,so as to promote the competition mode effectively improve the performance of employers.
