According to the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),innovation is the primary driving force for development.With the transformation of traditional closed innovation to open innovation,the crowdsourcing model has gradually become an important way for enterprises to improve their innovation competitiveness.Nowadays,with the rapid development of the crowdsourcing model,the innovation needs of the employer are increasingly complicated and diversified.The R&D investment undertaken by the receiving party to meet the innovative needs of the sending party is often unsatisfactory,which seriously hinders the healthy and long-term development of the crowdsourcing model.As a task publisher in crowdsourcing activities,the task feedback of the employer fully reflects the innovation needs of the employer and the advantages and disadvantages of the solvers in creative schemes which play an important guiding role to make R&D investment decisions based on the feedback opinions of the solvers.Therefore,based on the feedback loop formed by task feedback in crowdsourcing activities,it is of great significance for the development of crowdsourcing mode to deeply explore the influencing factors that promote the solver's R&D investment from the perspective of task feedback from the employer.Based on the incentive theory and performance feedback theory,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the task feedback behavior of the employer.Using the method of system dynamics,based on the correlation between the contracting party,the contracting party and the crowdsourcing platform,build a dynamic model of the creative crowdsourcing task feedback management system,Taking the data from the Upwork community as an example for simulation analysis,draw a conclusion about the task feedback behavior of the contractor and the R&D investment of the employer.Based on the research conclusion of the task feedback management system,further analyze the impact of task feedback quality on the income level of the solvers.According to customer perceived value theory,the quality of task feedback is divided into four dimensions: functional value feedback,social value feedback,emotional value feedback,and perceived loss feedback.Build a model of factors affecting the income level of the solers,and through the data of zhubajie to conduct empirical research,explore the impact of task feedback quality of the employer on the income level of the solvers.Finally,it provides correspondingguidance for the task feedback management of creative crowdsourcing employer.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: In terms of R&D investment of the solvers,the amount of task feedback,quality of task feedback,length of task feedback from the contracting party which have a positive effect on the contractor's R& D investment through the task feedback adoption quantity and the contractor's income level.In terms of the income level of the solvers,the quality of task feedback in terms of quality,creativity,transaction price,and service positively affects the income level of the receiver,while the quality of task feedback in terms of time cost and after-sales commitment has no significant impact on the income level of the solvers.The task feedback quality in the aspect of favorable comments partly mediates between the service and the solver's income level,and the relationship between the employer and the slovers moderates the mediating effect of favorable comments.
