Research On Performance Audit Of Inner Mongolia Department Budget Implementation

In recent years,with the gradual improvement of China's financial system,the budget implementation audit has become more and more concerned.So we need to probe into the key problems in the development process of our country's performance audit from the perspective of the new theory,around the focus of reform and national policy direction and to promote the perfection of public finance and government budget system,realizing the deepening of the reform of government finance,government administration and other key areas and key links.Produced in the 30 s to 40 s of the 20 th century,the performance audit has become the mainstream of the government audit in western countries and in China since the 80 s of the 20 th century began implementation of performance audit,the substantive research and discussion has achieved some results,but the distance of western developed countries,the government performance audit is still a big gap.At present,China's government budget execution performance audit has not yet formed a mature system,how to combine China's actual conditions,the performance audit and budget execution combined audit,construction performance audit mode suitable for China's national conditions,is a great significance to the development of department budget management and audit work.Based on the relevant theories,this paper studies the performance audit of budget execution in Inner Mongolia on a comprehensive and systematic basis,taking the example of the autonomous-region-level Z and G budget execution performance audit as an example.Based on the experience of budget performance audit of western governments and other provinces in our country,this paper puts some forward and policy suggestions to improve the budget performance audit of Inner Mongolia government department.
