Research On The Financial Risks And Countermeasures Of Land Transfer From The Perspective Of Land Right

With the continuous improvement of the rural land system in China,the rural land ownership has been continuously promoted and the land circulation has begun to increase.At the same time,the continuous expansion of the financial sector has led to an increase in financial risks.In order to further promote the development of financial risk management in land transfer,and promote the land management of rural land ownership and the financial security development of land transfer,this paper takes the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Hohhot,Baotou,and Ordos as the research objects,aiming atland circulation.The issue of financial risks in China is studied.Based on the survey data of rural land transfer in Hohhot,Baotou City and Ordos City,this paper combines the corresponding theoretical knowledge of rural land transfer to analyze the financial risks in rural land transfer from the internal and external levels.On the one hand,the internal constituent factors of financial risks in rural land circulation are summarized,and the comprehensive financial risk scores in current land circulation are obtained to measure the financial risks in land circulation.On the other hand,it analyzes the external factors of financial risks in rural land circulation,and uses empirical tests to further test the results.The results show that rural financial markets,land market scale,rural economic conditionsandrural land rights work processes have a significant negative effect on the financial risks in land circulation.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed based on the internal and external factors of financial risk in land transfer.
