China E-commerce market become more and more competitive.The cost of flow grows a loot and the resource is controlled by the industry leaders.It's obviously that the booming period of E-commerce has passed and the buyer market is build up-Nowadays,most of the E-commerce company try to get rid of make living by selling low price goods or service.But they don't have found out the efficient solution to fix this.Actually,along with the growth of economic and culture,also with the people income growing,the change of the consuming habit and consuming construct,It's easy to find that the social economic has developed from product economic,goods economic and service economic to the experienece economic.So the consumer now is not only focus on the produce and the service,but also appreciate the experience from the consume.The consumer-orientation is determined in current E-commerce industry.The theory of customer's value is the up to date point in current industry development,which is also to be the advantage of company's competition.So it is meaningful to study the optimization the management of the customer's experience.For Macalline,who has missed the booming period of E-commerce.It's awkward that in its total 5 years of E-commerce development period,there were 4 times to rebuild it's E-commerce system.It was proved that it is insufficient that running the E-commerce is just only relying on the marketing,brand advatage and off-line resource.In writer's view,the Macalline,as the new comer of the E-business player,should catch up the opportunrity of experience ecoomic,and make the optimization of user experience in order to surviving under the current competitive E-commerce indusry.This thesis is written by using the Documentary Research Method Empirical Analysis Method,and the Normative research method.The major point is that theoptimization of the experience economic will become the key point of enterprise operation management.The company should make the strategy of optimization experience based on the the understanding of customer's needs,and offer the various experience to the end user.Only by making practice of user experience,company can make advantage under the competitive industry,Writer try to elaborate the meaning of customer experience that make company to realize that the importance of the user experience.By analysis of the current home furrishing materials industry B2C E-commerce user experience and the analysis of current Macalline B2C E-commerce customer experience,to make company to realize the issue of user experience incurrent operation's management.And also to make high-level management to find out the breakthrough of improving the uset experience.Finally,writer used the muti-dimensional management method to against the Macalline B2C E-commerce user experience.Hope that can efficiently to demonstrate the operational issue of current Macalline B2C E-commerce user experience,to help company to get rid of the management dilemma under the current user experience econmic times.
