With the development of business,especially the development of the service industry,the value has a richer connotation.The value is not only in the form of tangible goods,but also in the invisible creation.Today,service and customer experience are the emphasis,also there are profound changes in the traditional product sales.Customers no longer simply concerned about the value of the product itself,but cared consumption experience and consumption process.The telecom service industry is one of the many service industries,with the features of technology-intensive and labor-intensive.This paper takes a telecom project delivered by H Company as an example.With the value chain analysis method,the author analyzes the problems existing in the project from the perspective of value creation,and study the improvement measures.In this paper,with the value of the analysis method,the solution was launched after the combination of theoretical research,case analysis and the analysis of the problems in the project.The paper analyzes the project delivery with the value perspectives by two steps.Firstly,the author analyzed the various activities of the project delivery and identified the value of delivery activities by the value chain analysis tools.Secondly,the problems of the project delivery at all stages were analyzed with the value of the four construction blocks,and proposed corresponding solutions.A questionnaire survey was released for verifying the effectiveness of the implementation of measures.If the solution is effective,it will be solidified down to guide the follow-up project implementation.This paper uses the value triangle to identify the activity value in the project analysis,which enriches the application of the value chain analysis method in project.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the purpose and meaning of writing,research methods and the level of logical relationship between papers,as well as the paper used in the main research methods and analysis tools.The second part is the literature review,summarizes the basic concepts used in this paper,the relevant literature research results.The third part is a case description,describes the project background,size and project problems.The fourth part is the case analysis,including the industry environment,in-depth analysis of the problems in the project,and giving a solution.Finally,it is a general summary of this paper,as well as the limitations of this paper and follow-up research outlook.The conclusion of this paper is that it is valuable to explore the value source and the cocreation path of value in the service-oriented projects by the value chain analysis.It can effectively promote the improvement of project delivery,improve service quality and achieve win-win situation.
