The Exploration On Bank Of G Operational Internal Control In Flat Management Structure

With the continuous development of china's economy and the penetration of big data,information and financial reform,Chinese commercial banks began to realize problems and deficiencies of traditional business model Gradually.They began to try flat management model and simplify the previous management hierarchy and departments which make the structure of organization more flat.Flattening structure of organization shrinks layers of management and expands the range of management,also it reduces labor cost and improves the efficiency and accuracy of information transmission.All these make the internal control management and decision-making of commercial banks more effective,improve the level of internal supervision and make managers controlling activities more convenient and direct.However,under this mode,the bank of G still encounters numbers of problems in their internal management.For instance,inefficiency of Personnel management,irrationality of process setting,The supporting construction fails to follow up and the supervision and inspection become a mere formality and so on,which makes the risk not controlled substantially.Based on reading and comprehension some relevant literature about flat management nationally and internationally,also combing the current situation of internal control management of bank of G,this article is Going to analyze some typical cases happened in G bank profoundly and seek for the critical problems existing in internal control of bank of G under flat management in these cases.Some suggestions for internal control management of G bank will be put forward specifically to these problems in this article.
