The core of the banking industry is risk managing. With development of modern economic and technology, the program and operation of banking get more and more complex, thusly, risks increase. If manage is not proper, then loss of risk will be immeasurable. For example, in 1995, the century-old British Baring Bank closed due to internal mismanagement. Therefore, research on risk of banking operation had been taken on for long time, and measures on management and operation risking are becoming increasingly mature. Relatively speaking, China’s commercial banks operation risking start late, and relevant studies are not good enough, and risking management is backward, so it results in some bad cases among commercial banks.The essence of bank, is the management and risk. With the development of modern economic development and the level of science and technology, banking coverage growing, more and more complex, the risk is also more and more, once the poor management, the risk of loss will be immeasurable. Examples of this meet the eye everywhere, such as the 1995 has hundred years history of the British Bank of Bahrain have been forced to close due to poor internal management. Therefore, the research for the bank’s operational risk foreign begins early, aiming at the internal operational risk management and improved is becoming mature. Relatively speaking, China’s commercial banks for operational risk concerns started relatively late, related research is not, in general, the operational risk management is relatively backward, so the resulting in recent years, commercial banks occur frequently.Operational risk widely exists in every area of the business of commercial banks, has wide coverage, many types of incentives, diversity and other characteristics, and the operational risk management is the process of recognition, evaluation, detection, control release, reports on operational risk. Because of operational risk are often closely with internal processes, personnel, the enterprise internal environment the internal control of attention factors, these factors lead to operational risk can not be identified by quantitative index. This is the management of operational risk of Chinese banks is an important weakness. Therefore, the management of operational risk, must carry on the exploration and practice of data from the quantitative to internal management control, monitor and respond to a full range of.The author of this article for some bank grass-roots staff to operate, so using their own strengths and conditions, selection of the operational risk management of commercial banks as the research subject, adopts the research method of combining theory with practice, based on the perspective of internal control, operational risk management of bank account studied. The main research contents include:firstly, based on operational risk research in the induction of domestic and foreign, are defined on the operational risk, the causes and the quantification of operational risk are summarized; then summarized the status quo of China’s commercial banks operating risk and insufficient; with empirical research methods, on the management of operational risk in a bank account the specific research is carried out, by collecting a lot of data, sums up the concrete case account of operational risk, and has carried on the reason analysis. And according to the specific problems of account of operational risk, and puts forward the corresponding operation procedure and standard system, including account operation points, key points of seal management, and large payment SMS notification and other aspects of the supporting system. Finally, combining and think about their own experience, related suggestions on commercial bank risk management aspects, including system construction and training etc.
