Research On The Performance Of Evaluation Model Of Commercial Banks

As an important pillar industry of China's national economy,financial industry is related to the great situation of China's economic development.Commercial banks play an important role in the financial market.Performance evaluation is an effective tool for the implementation of the development strategy of the bank,which can encourage employees to improve their performance and ultimately achieve the organizational strategy.At present,the performance appraisal system of commercial banks in China is still prevalently flawed,and because of historical reasons,the practical work of performance evaluation has always been impeded.The proportion of the scope and weight index of the evaluation index is not reasonable,which seriously hinders the trust and enthusiasm of the staff,and leads to the unsatisfactory result of the evaluation.As an important pillar industry of China's national economy,there is a very important practical significance for banking business to exert the performance evaluation of commercial banks.In order to investigate the performance evaluation model of Chinese commercial banks,the paper,based on modern economics and financial theory,combined with the status quo and characteristics of modern commercial bank,adopts the Bank of Communications,Chi Feng Branch as an example,analyzes the current situation of performance evaluation,and provides corresponding measures;finally,combining with the special properties of the actual and Commercial Bank of China's financial system,the paper puts forward suggestions on how to establish a scientific and reasonable commercial bank performance evaluation system.
