Government Financial Process Reengineering Based On Informatization

In the context of the continuous reform of the government financial management and the increasingly diversified government functions,the original financial management process can't meet the increasing demands of the financial work,and the unreasonable and uncoordinated phenomena are becoming more and more prominent and obvious,and the process reengineering is imminent.Business process reengineering theory has been more successful and widely used in enterprises,and the practice and exploration in government work is relatively less.This paper,referring to the successful experience of the process reengineering in the enterprise,combined with the characteristics of the government financial management,through the comprehensive analysis of the organizational structure and the existing process of a government department,makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems and explores the crux of the problem.With the use of relevant theories and technical tools,with the help of information technology and network technology,a set of new business processes,such as design budget management,final accounts management and payment management,are created.Then,using the model and tools of business process reengineering,the system analysis and reengineering of budget,final account and payment business process are systematically analyzed and designed,and the test results after the process reengineering are evaluated and displayed.In this paper,the problems and solutions in the financial management process of government departments are analyzed and explored from the point of view of process management,and the application of the theory of process reengineering in the financial management of government departments has a certain reference function.
