National agricultural science and technology park is a new model of intensive development of agriculture,it's a new application platform of agricultural technology.It is a integration of resources to promote scale business.It promotes agricultural transformation and upgrading.Science technology park promotes the commercial application of new technology through the study,reference and research of technology.At the same time it demonstrate the new technology to the surrounding rural areas.Farmers' income increases.So the evaluation of development ability of national science and technology park is of great importance.This article gives a retrospective look at the development of agricultural science and technology park,uses IBM spss to draw 4 factors which influences the distribution of national science and technology park by the method of factor analysis.The 4 factors are production factor,innovation factor,absorption factor and demontration factor.After empowering by entropy method,we got the comprehensive scores and rankings of agricultural science and technology park.This article chooses Tongling agricultural park as an example,it analyzes the agricultural resources distribution of Tongling,the location of the park,scientific research conditions,and conclude the advantage of Tongling park.By comparing the ranks of Tongling and it's actual condition,we advice Tongling should make use of it's good geographical position and it's advantage of high rate of urbanization,and develops agricultural producing and processing,improve fluxion rate,improve scale management,choose the suitable technology which helps to improve the agricultural production level.Finally we give our advice,the government should plan national agricultural park according to local conditiong,the park should be science and technology oriented and make it best to improve the level of technological level,improve the absorption of imported technology,promote the technology through secondary development.A R&D center should be established to attract researchers to promote technology gathering.The park should encourage farmers to paticipate in the park through land transfering.While improving the scale of operation,encourage enterprise development to form a industry agglomeration.
