The Influence Factors Survey Of The Cooperative Members' Quit Ways In Dairy Cooperatives Of Wuzhong

The normative development of cooperatives are of great significance for agricultural efficiency improvement,the increase of farmers' income,and the stability of countryside.In this paper,the author studies the influence factors of the cooperatives members' quit ways based on the discovery in Wuzhong Dairy Cooperatives-the members have quit ways.Firstly,combining related literature and actual investigation of dairy cooperatives in Wuzhong City,the member' quit ways are divided into four types:"initiative quit","blind quit","invisible quit","forced quit",at the same time,summarizing the influence factors of the cooperatives member' quit ways from two aspects of cooperative members and cooperatives,including the age of members,the scale of members,the time of joining the cooperatives,the educational level of cooperatives management,the distribution of surpluses,etc.And then using multinomial logit and binomial logit mod analysis about the influence factors of cooperatives members'different quit ways,the study found that the factors of age and scale of cooperative members are more prominent,which have different effects on the four quit ways;the factors of surplus distribution factor are more prominent,which has different effects on the quit ways of "blind quit""“invisible quit","initiative quit",other factors that affect the quit ways include the time join the cooperatives,expectations of development,and the government support and so on.Finally,based on these influence factors and the current situation of investigation,probing into the main reasons for the quit ways of the cooperatives members and the non-standard phenomenon of the cooperatives development from three levels(the cooperatives members,the cooperatives,and the government),and also puts forward some suggestions to reduce the members' quit ways and regulate the development of cooperatives.Hoping to standardize the development of the dairy cooperatives in Wuzhong City,making cooperatives play their role in social and economic.
