To further accelerate the opening up a new round of economic development and optimization of spatial pattern,the current Chinese economic development has entered into a new norm,"The Belt and Road" strategy for the development of a new economic growth point,has important strategic significance to promote the development of the western region.With the rapid development of China's logistics industry,the development of Ningxia's logistics industry is relatively slow,which is not capable to support the strategic fulcrum of Ningxia Silk Road Economic Belt and the strategic goal of the first Sino Arab cooperation area.In view of this,this paper is based on the theory of industry organization,with the aid of the SCP analysis framework,using both qualitative and quantitative methods,and has done systematic study study of the logistics industry in Ningxia,to strengthen the construction of modern logistics system in Ningxia,and it is of great significance to make Ningxia a logistics hub for the Silk Road Economic Belt.First of all,this paper expounds the theory of industrial organization at home and abroad as well as the research status and development trend of the logistics industry,and makes clear the applicability of the SCP analysis paradigm to the research of Ningxia logistics industry.Market structure is the external environment that determines market behavior,which is the internal factor that leads to market performance.The analysis of market structure,market behavior and market performance is the analysis of the relationship between enterprises in the same industry and industrial organization.The application of the theory to the logistics industry in Ningxia is of theoretical and practical significance.Secondly,it discusses the market structure and market behavior of Ningxia logistics industry,and concludes that there are some problems in Ningxia logistics industry,such as low market concentration,serious product homogenization,"difficult to enter",fierce price competition,low level of information technology and increasingly outstanding behavior of merger alliance.In view of this,this paper makes a study of the market performance from two aspects of the logistics industry development capability and the contribution of the logistics industry to the national economy.The analysis shows that:(1)the development of Ningxia logistics industry promotes economic growth,however the two parties do not have the relationship of coupling development;(2)the cost ratio of logistics is declining year by year;(3)production(3)The ability of the industry to develop itself is increasing.Based on this,an empirical analysis of the relationship between market structure,market behavior and market performance in Ningxia logistics industry is carried out by establishing a simultaneous equation model.The study shows:(1)in the short term,there is a linear transmission relationship between the market structure,market behavior and market performance of the logistics industry in Ningxia in the short term.(2)in the case of other conditions,market behavior is positively affected by the market structure,while the energy price has a positive impact on it.In the process of market behavior,the optimization of the logistics cost structure is positively affecting the market performance,furthermore the price grid of industrial products affects the market performance in reverse.Finally,according to the opportunities and development status of the logistics industry in Ningxia,this paper puts forward a series of optimization measures for the healthy development of Ningxia logistics industry in accordance with the conclusion of the full text analysis,thus constructing Ningxia into the logistics hub of the Silk Road on the Sino Arab land.
