Research On Working Capital Management Of Dabeinong Group

The availability of operation capital management has a great impact on an enterprise.The operation capital management was basically handled by the quantitative calculation method in the past and the analyzing objects were all individual capital without considering the connection between capital and business.There are many shortcomings and loopholes,it affects the sustainable development of enterprises.Now,the feed processing enterprises in China are bearing double competition pressure at home and abroad.The original modes of enterprise operation capital management fail to meet the needs of the enterprise development and even hinder the modernization development of enterprises.Therefore,the introduction of channel management theory to the management of enterprise operation capital has its practical significance and value.This paper starts from the operation fund management characteristics of the Dabeinong group,analyze the problems exist in operation capital management and propose management strategies.Firstly,this paper reviewing the related literature,from the theoretical system of the management of working capital,working capital management methods with emphasis on the analysis,to study the working capital management model currently in use in the market.Secondly,based on the concept of channel management,this paper classifies the working capital projects of the Dabinong group and studies the current situation of enterprise working capital management.This paper analyzes the internal structure of working capital's current assets and current liabilities and studies the current situation of working capital.Again,enterprise external environment and internal environment of the two aspects analyze the operating environment of the Dabeinong group,research of the specific situation of the management environment of working capital.This paper analyzes the turnover of enterprise working capital from the point of view of factors and the point of view of channels,deeply explores the management effect of Dabeinong group working capital,and finds out its existing limitations.Finally,explore the working capital management mode of Dabeinong group,in-depth discussion group's working capital management level is not high,understand and grasp the theory from practice,using the theory to guide the work,improve of working capital management mode of the Dabeinong group,the improvement of working capital management level.
