A Study On The Financial Risk Assessment And Prevention In The TXJ Corporation

The financial risk assessment and prevention of an enterprise is defined as an essentially important research project in the financial field.With the rapid development of the economic globalization as well as the technological innovation,it gets more and more complicated and difficult for enterprises to fit into the market economy environment.As for the financial activities,they are confronted with more diversified and uncertain external environment,which will definitely increase the risk of financial issues.inviting a small and medium Internet enterprise--the TXJ Corporation as the object of this study,this thesis will focus on studying the assessment and prevention of financial risk in enterprises,with the application of multiple researching methods like Document Research;Questionnaire;Analytic Hierarchy Process;Case Study etc.On the basis of the general theories,this thesis is meant to identify the financial risks for the TXJ Corporation from the following four categories: fund-raising risk;investment risk;Capital operation risk and yield risk.After that,12 financial indexes are selected,with which the financial risk assessment system in the TXJ Corporation is built with the assistance of Analytic Hierarchy Process;meanwhile,this thesis will analyze and assess the financial risks by comparing the financial data released by TXJ from 2014 to 2016,so as to work out the comprehensive assessment result of the financial risks in TXJ from 2014 to 2016.In the final part of this thesis,considering the results of the financial risk assessment in TXJ,the author will recommend typical and practical measures separately to prevent the financial risks,which to some extent,may improve the financial risk operation and management of the small and medium Internet enterprises.
