Research On A Project Financing Of DM Company

After the completion of the split share reform in 2006,the Orienteering will rely on its lower threshold,and the advantages of less restrictive conditions have developed rapidly in China's capital market.After only a few years,it has become the most selective way for the listed companies to refinance the shares.So domestic scholars began to study the issue of equity financing of Listed Companies in China,and found some difficulties in equity refinancing.On the one hand,these problems are related to the macroeconomic environment and the corresponding policy support,on the other hand,the listed companies themselves have some inherent problems and defects in the process of development.At the same time,there are also problems such as the benefit transfer and the change of funds,which will cause the interests of the small and medium shareholders and other investors to be damaged,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise and the healthy development of the capital market.This paper makes a survey and statistics on the financing demand of listed companies.The results show that the capital market in China has developed rapidly in recent years,while the number of listed companies is increasing,and the scale of many listed companies is gradually expanding.Therefore,the demand for refinancing is increasing,especially in the aspects of equity refinancing.First,this paper reviews and collate the related literature at home and abroad,and finds out the relevant theories to support the research of this paper.Secondly,it describes the various forms and influencing factors of the financing of the listed companies.Then,this paper selects the financial investment of DM company as the research object and the existing research theory.It is based on the reference of the present situation of development.The company and company financing projects are briefly introduced,and the value of company project implementation is introduced in detail.And through qualitative and quantitative analysis of project financing options to highlight the importance and necessity of private placement financing for today's enterprises.At the same time,through analyzing the difficulties faced by project financing,we explore the reasons for the financing difficulties of listed companies.Finally,the problems of DM company project oriented additional financing process are discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the financing level of the listed companies and improve the allocation of resources so as to further improve the business efficiency and their profitability.At present,the orienteering is in the rapid development stage,studying the changing situation of the company's operating performance under the orienteering,rationally treating the choice of financing mode of the listed companies,the investors should be rationally involved in the directional increase,the supervision institutions of our country strengthen the supervision of the directional increase and promote the healthy development of the Chinese capital market.It is of reference significance.
