| With the growing demands for pipeline construction, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) crossing is widely used. HDD crossing project is a multi-sectoral and multi-link system engineering which is also a technology and capital-intensive project with complex technical, large cost and high risk. There are many of uncertainties in HDD crossing project. In order to reduce the harmful effects of project caused by these uncertainties, it is necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic risk analysis in the early stage of project implementation, and draft some specific and effective measures for those main risks of project after risk analysis. This paper takes risk management theories as foundation, takes the process of risk management as main line, and then, combine with characteristic of HDD crossing project, then systematically inquired into meanings and techniques of risk identify, risk estimate and risk evaluation, and makes a systems analysis for risk of HDD crossing project. Comprehensive the past study, the paper study and apply risk identifyã€estimate and comprehensive evaluation , and get as follows cognition and result:1. Clear the workflow of HDD crossing project risk management: include risk identify, risk estimate, risk evaluation, risk response and risk evaluation after risk happened, prevent, control and reduce risk.2. On the analysis of the identify method of risk, choose brainstorming and checklist to identify the risk of HDD crossing project, and list the risk source of HDD crossing project, and create the system of evaluation index of HDD crossing project.3. On the analysis of the estimate method of risk, choose scoring as the method of risk estimate. On the analysis the evaluation method of risk, combine with characteristic of HDD crossing project, choose analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation together as the method of risk evaluation.4. Draft the plan of response risk for HDD crossing project, and draw up the content of risk post-evaluation.5. According the theories of analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to create the evaluation model of risk comprehensive evaluation, and take the project of Mo Dao Men as an example to test. |
