| Agriculture is the foundation of national economy,the development of agriculture,the improvement of rural environment,and the increase of farmers are inseparable from financial support."Three agriculture" problem has long been the party,country and peopl e focus on the field,finance support agriculture as the important measures for crack "thre e agriculture" problem,is an important means of government achieve optimal allocation of resources.Therefore,optimizing the structure of fund expenditure and improving the management system of supporting agriculture is of great guiding significance for improvi ng the efficiency of financial support for agriculture and improving the service managem ent system of supporting agriculture.Paper with financial support agriculture funds integration,based on wuhan xinzhou district town 14 street data from 2008-2015 years before and after the integration of finan cial capital for further research: through the existing literature at home and abroad for ref erence,combing the related basic concepts and basic theory,with the help of DEA metho ds,xinzhou district of wuhan city 14 town of financial funds for supporting agriculture in put and output of technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency anal ysis;Using the grey correlation method,the paper makes an argument on the correlation degree between the financial support fund integration and regional agriculture develop ment in xinzhou district of wuhan city.And put forward the optimization on the basis of t argeted integration strategy: We will clarify the leverage of financial support for agriculture and farmers,widen the channel of the financial source of funds for supporting agriculture,the structure of the integrated optimization of financial supporting agriculture budget allocation,improve the system of financial support agriculture expenditure management,strengthening the integration of finance supporting agriculture budget supervision system. |
