Influence Of Chairman's Entrepreneurial Spirit On The Participation Behavior Of Farmer Cooperative "Agriculture Super Docking"

The circulation of China's agricultural products has encountered a bottleneck,that is,a disconnect between production and sales.The model of "agricultural superconnect",which constructs the longitudinal integration chain and simplifies the various redundant circulation links of agricultural products,can effectively solve the urgent problems of agricultural products circulation and agricultural development in China and help to achieve the best performance.Our government is committed to popularizing the agricultural Super docking model,which has become the main development direction of agricultural product production and marketing docking.Peasant cooperatives are the best intermediate organizations that effectively connect the supermarket and the farmer.Whether the chairman of peasantry cooperatives has the entrepreneurship is related to the future development of peasantry cooperatives and affects the participation of peasantry cooperatives.Therefore,based on the perspective of entrepreneurship of the chairman of the farmer cooperative,this paper studies the influence of entrepreneurship of the chairman of the farmer cooperative on the participation of the farmer cooperative in the "agricultural super union".Based on the sample data of 242 farmers 'professional cooperatives in 11 cities of Jiangxi province,this paper uses a two-stage model to evaluate and analyze the influence of chairman's entrepreneurship on the participation behavior of farmers' cooperatives.This paper introduces the research background,research significance,related concepts,structure and so on,and carding and summarizing the relevant literature,thus laying a good theoretical foundation for this paper.According to the survey data,although most farmer cooperatives choose to sell agricultural products through the agricultural and supermarket model,the participation is not high.Then using regression model to analyze the influence of chairman's entrepreneurial spirit on farmer cooperative's participation in agricultural Union.The results show that the innovation and adventure spirit of chairman of farmer cooperative has positive influence on the participation of farmer cooperative in "agricultural Union" and the degree of agricultural union participation,but the influence is not significant and the degree of influence is not significant.The cooperative spirit and learning spirit of the chairman of farmer cooperative have positive and significant influence on the participation of farmer cooperative in the "agricultural superunion" and the agricultural superunion.The promotion of entrepreneurship is closely linked to the better participation of farmers 'cooperatives in the agricultural Union.Finally,according to the research results,this paper provides some reference suggestions from the government and farmers cooperative.Building an information platform for sharing experiences and learning,and strengthening training guidance;Strengthening support and other aspects to foster the chairman's entrepreneurial spirit to create conditions.Peasant cooperatives should learn from their own theories.Establish and strengthen the talent training and the talent introduction mechanism to enhance their entrepreneurship.
