As a rapid development of industrialization in China,the rapid economic growth of developing countries,the development of agriculture is directly related to the global development of the whole nation,and the tobacco agriculture as a whole constitutes an important part of agriculture,under the circumstances of national construction modern agriculture,the tobacco industry also timely put forward the construction of modern tobacco agriculture development.Henan province,as a region with a long history of tobacco leaf cultivation,has a suitable climate for growing tobacco leaves,so that the compatibility of tobacco leaves is better.After years of construction of the pilot,the tobacco industry in production organization form,has been clear about the growing profession,family farms,tobacco farmer professional cooperatives three kinds of organization form,from the traditional,decentralised,small-scale planting preliminary to the three organization forms of moderate scale cultivation.As a new type of agricultural production,the family farm of tobacco leaves has undergone a major transformation from embryonic development to preliminary development in just ten years.In modern tobacco agriculture construction,the phase of comprehensive tobacco family farm of moderate scale management of stable leaf tobacco production,improve tobacco farmers income level,promote the smoke zone the positive role to the healthy development of the agricultural economy is becoming more and more significant.However,in the early stage of development,tobacco family farms are facing a series of development problems such as limited management level,difficulty in land transfer and shortage of production funds.In this context,carry on stage summary of tobacco family farm operating condition,to explore the influence factors of tobacco leaf family farm development,and put forward to promote the healthy development of targeted policy recommendations,is particularly important.Based on tobacco related literature of family farm development research,define the family farm,moderate scale of analysis,discussion of constraints on hot spots including literature and comparative analysis,sorting out the current tobacco family farm research priorities and weak.This paper summarizes the development of tobacco family farm in henan province by sorting out the policy context of the development of tobacco family farm.Relying on henan province tobacco monopoly bureau(company)platform,in 15 cities and tobacco sector,helped by the family farm in the tobacco leaf system research for the first time,a relatively complete display appear stage development of tobacco leaf family farm characteristics,achievements and difficulties in henan province.The typical cases of two types of tobacco family farms are analyzed in the form of field tracking,which further characterizes the development of the farm.By combining provincial questionnaire survey data with typical case analysis,the factors that restrict the development of family farm of tobacco leaf are proved by surface and point.According to the research conclusion,it is pointed out that the key is to cultivate professional tobacco farmers;We will improve the land transfer mechanism and adhere to a moderately large-scale operation.Improve the social service system;We will increase support for financial services.
