A Study On The Path Of Small Town Construction In The Integration Of Industry Choice,Spatial Layout And Culture

Since the concept of "integration of industry and city" was put forward.the academic circles have taken industry selection and industrial development as the main factors to promote urbanization construction,and seldom combined industry choice,spatial layout and cultural construction organically.The author thinks that spatial layout as the skeleton of urban construction and culture as the connotation of urban construction can not be ignored for the construction of small towns.Town without skeleton support is scattered sand,no connotation of lost soul,so on the basis of the analysis of the town construction,put forward the industry choice,spatial layout and cultural integration of the development of the construction path.The aim of this paper is to explore a new way of development for the construction of a new type of urbanization,and to accelerate the process of rural revitalization through the construction of the characteristic small town with three sides.At the same time,promote the common development of people and towns.The main content of this thesis is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction of the research background,purpose,research methods and research objects;The second section of the classical basic theory,and combined with the current research status and practice,the production of city integration concept of the emergence and development of the process is described;The third part analyzes the development of industry choice,spatial layout and cultural integration of Dazhangzhuang Town,and expounds the development status of Dazhangzhuang Town.And through the quantitative evaluation of the state support policy,economic development,spatial distribution,cultural development and integration of the three conditions of the empirical analysis of the degree of integration,found that the town in the town of the main problems;On the basis of the empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the development strategy suitable for the urbanization construction of the Dazhangzhuang town from the angle of industry choice,space layout and cultural integration;The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,and puts forward the innovation points and deficiencies of this paper.Through the empirical analysis of Dazhangzhuang Town,it is found that the level of integration of industry choice,spatial layout and cultural development in this town is relatively low,mainly due to the unbalance of three industrial structures,the incomplete transformation and upgrading,and the confusion of spatial layout and land use.The top level planning is not clear,the influence of cultural resources is weak,lack of humanistic care,and there is a split construction thinking in the construction of cities and towns.Finally,the author believes that the town should choose the construction path of industry,spatial layout and cultural integration development.Industrial choice follows the layout of urban space planning,adjusts industrial structure,promotes industrial transformation and upgrading,and develops tourism based on natural resource spatial distribution.We should attach importance to the construction of cultural industry and explore a new model of "cultural Construction +industrial development".In the space layout and cultural integration development,pay attention to the existing human resources and natural resources protection,use,with the help of landmark space planning to promote spiritual and cultural heritage.
