Study On Interaction Mechanism And Cooperative Path Between Rural Tourism And Beautiful Rural Construction

Rural tourism and beautiful rural construction are both important ways for rural development in China in recent years.They all aim at promoting rural development.Therefore,there is an inevitable link between the two.Rural tourism is an important means to promote rural development and it is also a tourism development model with Chinese characteristics.The construction of a beautiful village is the "root" of building a beautiful China and is the basis for achieving the integration of urban and rural development.The development of rural tourism must rely on the rural environment and the space.Therefore,the development of agricultural production,the improvement of living environment,the preservation of ecological culture,and the cultivation of a civilized atmosphere have become the new focus and platform for the development of rural tourism.As the background and purpose of rural tourism and beautiful rural development are different,the contents of the two are different as well,resulting in the existence of “two skins” phenomenon in rural tourism and beautiful rural construction,thus causing the waste of resources and environmental damages.Based on relevant research at home and abroad,combining the actual situation of China's rural development and national guidelines and policies,this paper selects the povertystricken village of Sanhui Village in Cangxi County as the research object,which is listed as the key target of the poverty alleviation by Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department.From the perspective of promoting the harmonious and win-win development between rural tourism and beautiful countryside,the paper conducts in-depth research on rural tourism and beautiful countryside through literature research,analysis,Laws,field research methods,etc.Besides,the writer tries to identify the links between the two major construction contents through qualitative research.According to two kinds of academic methods,System Dynamics and the push-pull theory,the paper builds a conceptual model to find the coupling relationship between the two,analyzes the interaction mechanism,and clears the intersection points,fusion points,obstacle points of rural tourism and beautiful countryside.In view of the constraints,the five major coordination paths are summarized as follows: industrial coordination;environmental coordination;cultural coordination;management coordination;functional cooidination.This study enriches rural development theoretical research to a certain extent.It aims to provide guidance for the coordinated development of rural tourism and beautiful rural areas.It also provides a conceptual framework and theoretical guidance for the analysis of the interaction mechanism model and the coupling relationship between the two.It is beneficial to promote the rural development.To better grasp the laws and connotations,assess the status quo and problems,find paths and developments,and provide a qualitative study for the win-win development of rural tourism and beautiful rural areas,it also has certain guiding significance in practice.
