| With the rapid development of information technology,human has already entered the Internet era,and the smart phone is gradually popularized and applied.As a result,WeChat became an indispensable social networking software for people in work and life as an instant messaging tool.However,due to the excessive use of WeChat,WeChat addiction has become more and more prominent,which has attracted the attention of scholars.As an important group of WeChat high frequency users,employees' addictive behavior is also closely concerned by various organizations.On the background the existing research attention to the relationship between social support and addictive behavior,such as Internet addiction,mobile phone addiction,social media addiction,the mechanism of the social support(including enterprise organization,family,etc.)that the employees have acquired on WeChat addiction become a important research topic.This paper aims to organize employees as research groups to explore the universality mechanism of social support on WeChat addiction.Through relevant literature and important theoretical results support,the models introduced two mediating variables,those are basic psychological need and the maladaptive Cognition,respectively to investigate their effected path and mediating effect between social support and WeChat addiction,and the chain mediating function of the two mediating variables.After the relevant theoretical model and research hypothesis were proposed,the SPSS 19.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to analyze the collected sample data and verify the scientificity and validity of theoretical model and research hypothesis.In the end,the main research conclusions of this paper are obtained after data analysis:first,social support significantly negatively affects employees' WeChat addiction;Second,basic psychological needs partial mediated social support on WeChat addiction.Third,maladaptive cognition partial mediated social support on WeChat addiction.Fourthly,basic psychological need and maladaptive cognition play a chain mediating role in social support and WeChat addiction.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes corresponding management strategy:first,focus on employees' social role and relations,to improve the level of employees' social support;Second,pay attention to the employees' satisfaction of the basic psychological need of reality and avoid been caught in the virtual world of WeChat;Third,improve and optimize employees' mental models and correct their maladaptive cognition.To a certain extent,This research is helpful to develop the WeChat addiction theory,enrich the frontier research in the field of human resource management and has certain reference significance to employees and organization management in terms of research conclusions and management strategies. |
