Organizational Learning In Manufacturing Enterprises In The Smart Internet

In the era of intelligent Internet,new technology is constantly regenerating the process of enterprise innovation.With the concept of openness,equality and synergy,Internet technology is constantly changing the organization process and activities of the enterprise.Under this background,China has actively implemented the "Made in China 2025" and"Internet +" plans to speed up construct Develop Industrial Internet and promote Deep Integration of New Generation Information Technology and Manufacturing.As a continuous catching up developing country,how to promote manufacturing enterprises to achieve leaping development by Internet technology in the era of intelligent Internet is a major concern.Based on the theory of organizational learning,combined with the characteristics and development trend of the intelligent Internet era,this paper studies the impact of intelligent networking and organizational learning on the innovation performance of enterprises from a micro perspective.Through inter-organizational communication,information sharing and cooperative relationship to describe the enterprise intelligent networking,and exploratory learning as an intermediary factor to explore its role in enterprise innovation.Using structural equation modeling to build the initial enterprise intelligent networking,the impact of organizational learning on innovation performance of enterprises,and taking the data of Jiangsu Province 2016 Enterprise Innovation Survey verify the nfluence mechanism.Through empirical analysis,we can draw the following conclusions:in the era of smart Internet,inter-firm communication can positively affect the innovation performance of enterprises by promoting the acquisition of new knowledge and application of new knowledge;the sharing of information among enterprises positively affects the innovation performance of enterprises by promoting the acquisition of new knowledge;and the cooperation among enterprises can promote the new knowledge through the promotion of new knowledge access to positively impact the innovation performance of the enterprise.Moreover,the application of new knowledge plays a partial intermediary role in acquiring new knowledge to affect the mechanism of innovation performance of enterprises.Enterprise's exploratory learning can effectively promote the innovation process of enterprises in the smart internet era.
