In recent years,India has become a fast-growing economy in the world and has gradually attracted more world attention.India is not only an important node in the construction of China's "Belt and Road",but its attitude and position are related to whether the "Belt and Road" economic belt can be promoted and implemented. Both China and India are large developing countries with large populations. The competition of dragons(China)and elephants(India)has continued unabated.China and India share a lot of similarities, including both of which are big agricultural nations.Agriculture, both in developed and developing countries, occupies an important position in the national economy. In the industrial system of social development, agriculture is in a fundamental position and plays a fundamental role.Indian Prime Minister Lundra Modi vows:"We want to make India a global manufacturing center" and we must revitalize the "Made in India" flagship policy. If India wants to develop into a miracle-like global manufacturing and exporting country,India must "focus on 'improving the business environment' in all aspects." Among them,"all-round" must also include agriculture.Especially for a big agricultural country such as India, during the high-speed period of informatization development, agriculture began to enter the stage of modernization. However, backward agricultural technology and infrastructure have made agriculture a key factor constraining India' s domestic economic development. As we all know, the nature of agriculture is weak, and the government's macro-control measures are particularly important.Since independence, the Indian government has formulated and implemented relevant agricultural policies for agriculture. The correct agricultural policy is an indispensable means for ensuring the healthy development of agriculture. It is also the most important thing for the government to stabilize the people's minds and safeguard the orderly development of society. This article attempts to analyze and research the establishment and development of agricultural policy from 1950 to the present time in India, and clarify the trajectory and characteristics of agricultural policy.Through grasping the entire process of India's agricultural policy development,we selected India's current relevant agricultural policy reforms for analysis, including land reforms and policy reforms, financial and insurance policy reforms, food security policy reforms, and government public service policy reforms. In this process,we briefly explain the problems in the process of policy reform and the future direction of policy development. Then based on the theory of dynamic factors that influence policy changes, combined with the actual conditions of the changes in India's agricultural policy, the causes of changes in India's agricultural policy are analyzed from two aspects of internal and external factors. Finally,it points out the valuable experience and profound lessons of the changes in India's agricultural policy. It contrasts the advantages and disadvantages of the changes in India's agricultural policy to the effect that the development of China's agricultural policy should insist on "there is a case where there are changes to be made".
