| With the continuous development of the new urbanization process in our country,the construction of small towns has already entered the new era of featured towns.As a new step for the construction of new cities and towns in China,it emphasizes not only ecological protection,industrial development,or historical protection,but the coordinated development of integrated planning.The country is divided into six categories based on the characteristics of featured towns,namely,types of industrial development,historical culture,tourism development,ethnicity,agricultural service,and trade circulation.Among them,as a typical example of the integration of cities and towns,industrial development-type featured towns are of great significance in breaking up the urban-rural dualistic system,realizing the industrial transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized towns,protecting the environment,and improving the infrastructure.This paper takes the state-level industrial development town of Beijiao Town,Lecong Town of Shunde district,and Zhongshan Guzhen in Guangdong Province as the research objects.First,it uses a Multidimensional evaluation model to evaluate the development status of the three towns,and then builds a three-town industrial innovation model according to the evaluation results combined with comprehensively investigation.Finally,it puts forward the idea of the construction of industrial development-oriented small towns in Guangdong Province,which provides reference for relevant units and contribute a few efforts to urbanization construction.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:I: Based on the multidimensional evaluation model and according to the actual conditions of Beijiao Town,Lecong Town and Zhongshan Guzhen Town,the paper constructs evaluation index system composed of the 4 first-level indicators including environmental resource,infrastructure,characteristic industry and government support,8 second-level indicators and 15 third-level indicator.In addition,respective weights are acquired by adopting the Delphi method.The evaluation results show that with a score of 0.3906,Beijiao Town scores highest among the three major industrial development-oriented towns in Guangdong,while both Lecong Town and Guzhen Town get negative points,which is a far cry from Beijiao Town.The scores are-0.1316 and-0.2591 respectively.It can be concluded that among the industrial development-oriented small towns in Guangdong Province,Beijiao Town is in highest development level among the three towns,followed by Lecong Town,and the least developing town is Guzhen Town.II: Based on the evaluation results of the development level and on-the-spot investigations,the paper draws the conclusion that there is something wrong with innovation conditions of Beijiao Town,Lecong Town and Guzhen Town and discusses the innovation models of three towns.According to the results of the discussion,it is proposed that Beijiao Town adopts a virtual R&D industry innovation model,in which by creating a virtual R&D center,new innovation space is formed,new types of enterprises is developed.Besides,this contributes to providing enterprises with technological innovation capabilities and protecting the environment and supporting the construction of cities and towns;Lecong Town adopts the virtual production industrial innovation model,builds industrial cloud platforms through technologies such as big data and cloud computing,vigorously develops e-commerce,and supports the development of the furniture logistics industry,bringing new life to the traditional furniture industry and improving its influence;Guzhen Town adopts industrial innovation model featuring double chain integration.Through the use of innovative activities,the introduction of technical forces and other ways,the town improved the innovation chain,thus achieving independent creation of lighting,while the development of the innovation chain helps to promote the extension of the industrial chain,and facilitate continuous development of the lighting industry.III: According to the industrial innovation model of Beijiao Town,Lecong Town and Guzhen Town,the development ideas of Guangdong's industrial developmentoriented characteristic towns are analyzed.The analysis shows that all industrial towns in Guangdong Province have introduced external forces such as scientific research institutions to improve their ability to innovate and use their own location advantages to expand the influence of featured industries and sales scale.The development ideas also take environmental protection into account and take actions to repay urban development.However,due to the various guide elements,Guangdong's industrial development-type featured towns can be divided into two types: technology-oriented and market-oriented towns.Technology-oriented towns focus on the development of technological innovation,while market-oriented towns attach great importance to expand market size.Based on the above conclusions,Guangdong's industrial development-oriented small towns are supposed to achieve rapid and healthy growth of industrial development-oriented small towns in Guangdong by responding to national policy and strategies,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,transforming and upgrading the productive service industries,and vigorously building industrial cloud platforms.By taking these measures,these towns can jointly help Guangdong enter the " Industrial Intelligence" era,promote Guangdong industrial brand and improve the international competitiveness of Guangdong industrial town. |
