The research object of this paper is the evaluation system of diversified state-owned enterprises to their subsidiaries,and the main research purpose is to solve the design of evaluation system,economic value added calculation method,and the link between salary and performance etc.Firstly,the research status,the related theory of performance management and the classical methods at home and abroad are summarized.And then combined with the management performance assessment regulations of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC),the operation methods of the main steps,such as the classification of enterprise function,the index of screening and assessment,determining the weight of the index,setting the target value of the target and determining the scoring method of the index,are discussed in the design of the evaluation system of the management performance evaluation of the subsidiaries of a diversified group.In order to better carry out further research,the two key problems of economic value added calculation are studied,the simplified formula of economic value added is put forward,and the method of determining the cost rate of equity capital is researched.Finally,the paper constructs a multivariate linear regression model based on the method of operator compensation and evaluation results,and carries out the empirical test.The main achievements of this paper are:firstly through the analysis of the advanced unit of management experience and the practice of the case company,the whole process of designing and evaluating the performance appraisal system of diversified subsidiaries is expounded in details,which has considerable reference value for academic research and enterprise practice.Secondly,the simplified calculation formula of economic added value is put forward,and the method of determining the cost rate of equity capital is summarized,which is of certain significance to the promotion of economic value added.Thirdly the multiple linear model is established according to the method of the link between the salary of the case company and the evaluation results of the evaluation,and the model test is carried out through the public data.The useful conclusions are obtained,which has a strong reference to the similar research.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:firstly,because the cost rate of equity capital has a great influence on the economic value added,the group should choose a reasonable method of setting the cost rate of equity capital.Secondly,in terms of performance and remuneration linkage,central enterprises have done better than local state-owned enterprises,and larger enterprises have done better than smaller ones.Thirdly,there is a strong linear correlation between the economic value added and the total profit.The practice of avoiding duplication in the assessment system should be explored.
