Research On The Effectiveness And Countermeasures Of Green Credit In Commercial Banks

With the rapid development of the global economy,the environmental problems have aroused the attention of the governments of all countries.The nineteen major reports of the party put forward the basic national policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment,and put forward the promotion of green development.Commercial banks can achieve green development through the implementation of green credit,which is regarded as a new way to achieve environmental protection through financial leverage.How to effectively implement green credit policy for commercial banks is a problem we need to consider and solve.In this paper,the present situation and effectiveness of green credit in China's listed banks are studied,and the problem of green credit in commercial banks is obtained.The causes of the problems are not perfect,there are some contradictions between commercial banks to carry out green credit and business objectives,and some enterprises do not cooperate with them.On this basis,this paper establishes a differential game model based on the effect of green credit.Through the model analysis,the factors affecting the effect of green credit are the profit coefficient of the enterprise,the preferential or penalty coefficient of the local government on the situation of the enterprise pollution,the costcoefficient of the bank to carry out the green credit,the importance of the central government to the assessment of the environmental pollution status of the local government,and the environmental pollution.The situation of information disclosure and so on.These factors can be classified to explain the causes of the above problems.This paper also analyzes the potential,challenge and path selection of green credit in Xingye Bank.And referring to the experience of some foreign banks to develop green credit business,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the angle of supply and demand butt: first,to increase the effective supply of green credit,the government adds to the construction of green credit incentive system,and strengthens the innovation of green credit products;Second,to stimulate the demand for green credit,the government should strengthen the construction of Green Credit Incentive System for enterprises,take full consideration of the capacity of the enterprise,the government should strengthen the publicity of the concept of environmental protection,the third is to improve the supporting system of supply and demand,the government should strengthen the construction of Green Credit Incentive System for local governments,pay more attention to the construction of green credit guarantee system,pay attention to the construction of green credit legal system and set up professional green.The credit organization structure optimizes and improves the process management of green credit,andfocuses on the construction of enterprise environmental information sharing mechanism.
