Research On The Improvement Of Gree Electric's Profitability From The Perspective Of Value Chain

In today's society,market competition is fierce,and profitability determines the strength of a company's competitiveness and measures how much value it creates.The related chain of the value chain,as a value-added activity of a company,has become a decisive factor in the size of a company's profitability.It has become an important issue to improve corporate profitability by optimizing internal and external value chains.At present,research on profitability at home and abroad mainly focuses on its influencing factors and analysis methods.Few scholars associate it with the value chain.How to improve the profitability of an enterprise by fully optimizing the value chain and rationally arranging the internal and external value chains,there is relatively little research.This article is based on the perspective of optimizing the value chain to enhance the profitability of the company,and provides reference for related theoretical research and how the actual operation of the company actually operates.In this paper,we choose the home appliance company Gree,whose value chain is obvious and distinctive,as the research object,and use the value chain to enhance the profitability of the company as the guiding theory to study the profitability of Gree and to take Greener's value chain as the base object.First of all,through the data analysis of Gree profitability,Gree found that in addition to individual indicators,the overall profitability is strong,and is on the rise.Secondly,study the optimization measures of Gree Electric Appliances' value chain,including precision R&D,internal value chain optimization,external value chain integration,reconstruction of upstream value chain,reconstruction of downstream value chain,and promotion of profitability,based on profitability The issue,in order to further stabilize the improvement of profitability,proposes a light asset strategy and appropriate diversification proposals.Finally,draw conclusions and focus on summing up the enlightenment that Gree Electric brings to the industry.
