Study On The Cost Control Of Furen Pharmaceutical Industry In The Value Chain

With the development of economy,the improvement of people's living standard and the promotion of Chinese medicine industry as an excellent national tradition,the prospect of Chinese medicine health care industry will be brighter and the competition of TCM industry will be more intense.For Chinese medicine enterprises,this is both an opportunity and a challenge.In the new round of fierce competition,how to break the traditional cost control mode and enhance competitiveness is the main problem of most small and medium-sized Biopharmaceutical Enterprises.But the traditional internal cost control can not meet the needs of the current environment,based on the theory of value chain in cost control of enterprises came into being based on,he broke the enterprise's own limitation in cost control,the cost control scope of the enterprises expand to the entire value of the activities,concern.The application of the theory of value chain in terms of cost control for the large manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,and China's unique traditional Chinese medicine industry as an emerging bio pharmaceutical industry,few scholars pay attention to research on it,but the fierce competition in the industry and the industry has put forward higher requirements on cost control.Therefore,the existing literatures of value chain on the basis of docking the specific research based on the value chain theory in terms of cost control and Furen pharmaceutical,havecertain reference meanings to improve small and medium-sized Chinese medicine enterprise competitive advantage.This paper selects China's proprietary manufacturing typical Furen pharmaceutical industry as the research object,the value chain theory,selects the internal data of financial data from 2013 to 2016 Furen pharmaceutical and related enterprises,on the basis of application of the principle of value chain theory in the cost control of Furen pharmaceutical cost control analysis of the status quo,problems in terms of cost control mainly Furen pharmaceutical,in the following aspects:first,the lack of fixed upstream suppliers of raw materials,procurement costs changed greatly;secondly,R & D investment is not enough,get the generics business cost is higher;finally,the marketing aspect of the cost of sales,sales of opaque high cost of specific issues.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward the optimization plan based on the value chain theory,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement,so as to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition.
