Cost Control Of BX Pharmaceutical Retail Chain System Analysis And Countermeasure Research

According to statistics,China’s pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises are growing every year,and there is strong market competition.In the face of such market environment,it plays an important role in the long-term development of enterprises to improve the emphasis on the cost control of enterprises,strengthen the cost management of enterprises,and internal cost control of enterprises.This paper takes BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises as a case study,studies the current situation of enterprise cost control,summarizes the problems existing in the process of cost control of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,analyzes the causes of these problems,and gives corresponding suggestions for reference.This paper takes BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises as the research object,which is divided into six parts.The first part is mainly the introduction of the article,which briefly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research status of the existing literature at home and abroad,and what kind of research methods this paper will use;the third part mainly analyzes BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic situation of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,then analyzes the content of enterprise cost control,and finally analyzes the cost control of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises;The fourth part is the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the cost control of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises.Based on the current development situation,it is found that the cost control problems of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises are mainly reflected in four aspects,namely,procurement work,rental cost,human resource cost,storage and distribution cost.In view of the existing problems of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,this paper analyzes the causes of cost control,mainly focusing on three aspects: enterprise staff awareness,cost constraint and incentive mechanism,cost control responsibility system,etc.;the fifth part is the relevant countermeasures of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises cost control,the countermeasures are mainly elaborated from five dimensions.I hope that the research results of BX pharmaceutical retail chain enterprise cost control can improve some ideas and methods for the academic community,and improve some countermeasures and experience for the industry.
